With the dip in temperatures and risk of frostbite, we thought we would share some tips for staying warm:
- Dress in layers
- Cover as much skin as possible. Use
- warm hats
- mitts (warmer than gloves if you are walking)
- scarf (multiple scarves are even better - one for the neck & face and one crossed over the chest)
- Wear good boots (or add a layer or two of wool fabric to the bottom of your shoes)
- Stay hydrated - drink lots of water
- Don't stand still, move
