  • Monday to Thursday                   8:30 am to 6:00 pm
  • Friday                                          8:30 am to 5:00 pm
  • Saturday, Sunday                       Closed - emails and messages will not be checked
  • Statutory Holidays                      Closed - emails and messages will not be checked

The COTROnline Help Desk will respond to emails/messages as quickly as possible. 

If you do not get an immediate response, please do not resubmit your question until one working day has passed. Multiple submissions on the same topic means it takes longer to respond to you.
