The COTROnline Help Desk will be closing at 4 pm Thursday, August 27 and Friday, August 28.

The COTROnline Help Desk is approaching one of its busiest periods of the year, so we thank you in advance for your patience and ask that you give us as much time as possible to respond to your requests/questions.

The Student Help Manual and the Faculty Help Manual has directions for most things you can do on the COTROnline site, as well as information and directions for things such as:

The Education Technology team is expanding, so DO NOT send emails or MS Team requests directly to Pavel and Susan.
