To help you get started, the COTROnline Help Desk is offering drop-in sessions on MS Teams.
The sessions will cover changing your password, logging into www.COTROnline.ca, finding your courses, finding help when you need it, downloading MS Office, and accessing College email.
Note, we be showing you where to go, but will not have time to help individual students during this session; however, the session will show you were to get help if you need it.
The sessions can be accessed by clicking on one of the Join Microsoft Teams Meeting links and opening it in your internet browser (FireFox, Google Chrome, Internet Edge, Opera, Safari, etc.).
Since people have different schedules and live in different time zones, the same session is being offered multiple times.
